The panels were well protected for shipping but I can't say the same for the aluminium extrusions which just had a layer of shrink wrap. Several lengths suffered heavy abrasion in the edges during shipping. Luckily I can cut those pieces out or hide them but it seems like an oversight by the supplier not to adequately protect the product, it would only take a couple of layers of cardboard.

Ceilink product is excellent and the cost was about one third of replacing our existing un-insulated roof with an insulated roof. I did have delivery problems due to the fact that the only place the product can be delivered to in Queensland is a transport depot in Brisbane. I had to arrange for another transport company to pick up the consignment in Brisbane to deliver it to Far North Queensland, and it did go missing for a time. All good in the end though and installation was easy. We now have a verandah that we can use on the hottest days of summer.
