I'm using Internet Explorer to use your website, and I wish to place an order, but it is not allowing me to do so. Why?

We prefer our customers to use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to process orders through our website. The reason for this is Microsoft Internet Explorer (versions before 9.0) does not support the security certificates installed on our website to ensure secure transaction processing. However, any versions Internet Explorer 9.0 onwards can support our site. Both Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox are easy to install and will allow you to process orders through our website.

 

How long does the delivery take?

Deliveries generally take 2-3 days in metropolitan areas. Delivery time will depend on your location and availability of stock. We are unable to offer the exact time of delivery as couriers generally deliver goods. Courier company will not call to advise you of ETA. We only estimate the day of delivery and this estimate based on latest information available to us by the supplier/freight company. We will not be liable for any cost or damages caused by this information if the product does not arrive on the date provided by the supplier/freight company. It is the buyer’ s responsibility to have someone available to receive the goods. If there is no one to accept the goods the courier company will leave the goods at your doorstep and we do not take any responsibility for the stock after that. Please use the tracking system to find the ETD (Estimated Time of Delivery)

How much do you charge for delivery?

Freight cost will appear when you provide your postcode. For most regional areas it will be POA (Price on application).

 

If I order from different suppliers, do you charge me different freight fees?

Yes, each supplier will charge separate freight cost.

 

Can I use a ceiling batts for underfloor insulation?

No, as the ceiling batts are not water repellent.

 

What forms of payment do you accept on justritestore Online?

We accept Master Card & VISA and if you face any problems with payment, please contact us on email info@justrite.com.au or call us on 1300 932 202. And we will process your order internally.

Do you deliver Overseas?

At this point, we do not deliver Overseas.

How can I track my delivery?

We do not have a tracking system.

 What is your delivery and pickup Fees?

We use flat rate shipping freights, the freights costs calculated upon your postcode and supplier and it will apply for all products from the same vendor and any quantity.

You have 30 minutes to change or cancel your order after you have placed it's for free. After that, you need to call Just rite on 1300 932 202. in case of any further editing / making any refund
